Sonic The Hedgehog movie delayed because of bad teeth

Sonic The Hedgehog is the first live-action adaptation of the popular arcade game from Sega. It will star Jim Carrey as Doctor Ivo Robotnik. It will follow a cop in the rural town of Green Hills will help Sonic escape from the government who is looking to capture him.

When Paramount Pictures released the first trailer for the movie, fans were furious at how Sonic was depicted. The special effect team made the mistake of making Sonic too human or lifelike. It is hard to get an animated character to look real. If you do it too much, it becomes creepy. Fans were especially angry at how Sonic’s teeth were depicted.

Initially, the movie was set to release on November 8th this year, but the date was pushed back to February 14th, 2020. This is so that the special effects team can fix Sonic’s look. Sonic comes with a hefty price tag. It already costs about $90 million to produce. They better get it right or lose a lot of money.
